Gemma is a company founded in 2019, specialized in the sports industry. Its core business includes the organization of sports events, athlete and sports talent representation, sponsorship sourcing and management, as well as sports consulting, providing strategic solutions for athletes, brands and organizations.
Our Story
Gemma's experience is built on more than two decades of involvement in the sports industry. From 1998 to 2026, our foundation was shaped through extensive work in project management, institutional relations, and public relations across major sports events and organizations.
Between 2008 and 2020, Gemma played a key role in the organization of large-scale sporting events, overseeing logistics, operations, facilities, and sponsorship sales and management for events such as Abierto GNP Seguros. During this period, strong expertise was also developed in public relations, including announcement planning, management, and the coordination and servicing of VIP clients and exclusive VIP areas.
This hands-on experience expanded into talent representation and management, sponsorship sales, and event management, providing a comprehensive understanding of the sports ecosystem—from athletes and events to brands and institutions.
In 2019, this accumulated expertise led to the formal creation of Gemma, a sports-focused company dedicated to delivering strategic solutions in sports events, talent representation, sponsorship management, and sports consulting. Today, Gemma connects brands, talent, and audiences through impactful and well-executed sports experiences.
